A Registered NDIS Provider is an organization approved by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to deliver quality services and support to participants.
Individuals under 65 with a permanent and significant disability that affects daily life may be eligible for NDIS support. Eligibility is assessed by the NDIS.
You can apply for the NDIS by filling up the form, or contacting Growth Journey Care for assistance with your application.
